My First Parasite Cleanse (part 2)

I finished my parasite cleanse! In this video I share all about what I did, how I felt, what I would do differently next time, and about how mindset truly is the key to success in all things.

After this cleanse I feel mentally clear, less inflammation, and I lost 8 pounds in two weeks! Was it easy? HELL no - my detox symptoms were very noticeable (mainly a huge headache for like 4 days), and getting over the first few days of low energy and craving everything I shouldn’t be eating was rough, but by day 5/6 I was feeling sooo good and that made it all worth it!

(for the girls) - I also had such an easy period cycle post-cleanse, which was truly a blessing because I've dealt with really painful periods (mostly the first 24 hours) since I was in high school. I still do have painful periods sometimes, but doing this cleanse showed me the power of food in negating some of them, so now when I know that my cycle is going to start I can be mindful about what I'm eating to help lessen my cramps, breast tenderness, and bloating.

Excited to hear what y'all think and can’t wait to talk about it with you guys!

Working on compiling a list of what I ate and accompanying recipes to share with y’all to give you a general idea of what I was doing for you to incorporate it into your own eating routine!
